[skins] Non-standard page layout and wasted space in IMDb search screens

IMDb search screens use a non-standard screen layout (they don't use the FullScreenWindow panel) and don't make full use of the available screen real estate.

The "poster" widget with the movie or series poster thumbnail also has the wrong aspect ratio. It's 110x180 (aspect ratio 0.61) while all IMDb thumbnail images I've checked are 182x268 (aspect ratio 0.68) and the plugin's own no_poster.png image is 94x140 (aspect ratio 0.67).
