[skins] Improve event information panel in EPGSelection and EPGSearch screen skins

Currently in the builtin skins, the Screen classes EPGSelection and EPGSearch are both skinned using the EPGSelection screen skin.

The EPGSelection screen skin in the builtin skin only shows the ExtendedDescription (the EPG extended description if it is not empty otherwise the short description) in the event information panel at the bottom of the screen.

By contrast the EPGSelection and EPGSearch screen skins in the OverlayHD skin show event title, an icon showing whether the current EPG is FTA or IceTV, start/end times, duration, classification, genre and the FullDescription event description (combining both the short and extended description).

The builtin skins should have a separate EPGSearch skin added (even if it uses panels to have the same contents as EPGSelection), and both should be extended to show all the information shown in the OverlayHD skins, with the possible exception of the title.
