[skins] Morning end times sometimes not shown in infobar for hh.mm.ssAM/PM time

When the easy-skin-aus-hd skin is used, and MENU>Setup>System>Time settings>Time style is set to hh.mm.ssAM/PM, times with an AM suffix disappear in the infobar.

This is because the time fields are too narrow for some times and don't have noWrap="1" set, so if the text doesn't fit, the last "word" (in this case the complete end time) wraps to the next line, which is outside the widget's bounding box.

It doesn't happen for "AM" times because the "PM" text rendering is slightly narrower than the rendering of "AM".

The problem doesn't appear to affect the Full-Metal-Wizard skin, because its font for this field is narrower than that for easy-skin-aus-hd.

Replication steps

This problem needs to be tested at times when there are program end times that have an "AM" prefix when the time style is set to hh.mm.ssAM/PM.

Set MENU>Setup>System>Time settings>Time style to hh.mm.ssAM/PM.

Do a GUI restart because the infobar is persistent and needs to be re-created to use the new time style.

Use CH+/- to move through the channels and display the infobar. now and next end times in the infobar will not be displayed if they have an "AM" suffix.
