Add "Back up current settings" to firmware upgrade menu

Allow/remind users to do a settings backup before starting an online upgrade.

Perhaps the OpenViX approach should be followed. That is, automatically perform a backup as the first step of any update.

When an update is performed simply tell the user a backup is happening, do the backup and then perform the update.
