[skins] Rewrite Infobar Single EPG to match skin infobar style

The Infobar Single EPG (QuickEPG screen skin) has been "lifted" from the default skin and doesn't match the style of the Beyonwiz skins. Re-write it so that it better matches the style of the skin and to use components from the infobar. Add more use of panels to construct the infobar so that the panels can be re-used in QuickEPG.
