[skins] Filenames unnecessarily include name of skin

In both easy-skin-aus-hd and Full-Metal-Wizard, many pathnames for pixmaps and include files unnecessarily include the name of the skin in the file name, for example Full-Metal-Wizard/buttons/button_200x60_red.png.

The only effect this has is to prevent the file access falling back to the default skin.
