The 40-line capacity of the in-memory IceTV log is sometimes too short to capture information about problems only noticed later. Similarly for the fact that the log is cleared on GUI restart.

Writing the log entries to the debug log adds a useful tool for debugging problems with IceTV.

Write IceTV log messages to the debug log as well as into the 40-entry in-memory log buffer to help with debugging problems where the events associated with the cause are no longer in the in-memory buffer.
