MediaPortal is in German; shouldn't be pre-installed

MediaPortal is in German and is very much a German oriented plugin with the selection of channels. I don't believe this should be pre-installed. I'd remove the plugin.
Reproduction steps
MENU>Plugins>Media Portal. Almost all the channels are German, the "Tipp" suggestion text is German, pressing MENU gives a setup screen with German labels, and pressing HELP gives help text all in German.

The other thing that MediaPortal may have going against it is the "porn" section. Although this is not enabled by default, the fact that it's there may still raise some eyebrows.
