[skins] Increase default font size for FileList

Issue #674 new
prl created an issue

Before recent changes to FileCommander the FileList used in FileCommander had font size 20 and elsewhere it had font size 18.

Increase the default font size in FileList to 20 for better readbility for the same itemHeight (25).
