Remove configuration clutter when ffprobe is run from File Commander

Add -hide_banner to the arguments of ffprobe when run from File Commander to remove display of large amounts of config/build information.

Fix issue #680: Remove configuration clutter when ffprobe is run from File Commander

Add mechanism to pass arguments to key_actions.run_prog() & pass -hide_banner to ffprobe when it is run. Thanks to adoxa for code suggestions and identifying the option.

Scroll back to the top of the Console screen on command completion when Console is used from run_prog().
