Offer to install required packages in File Commander

Instead of warning that packages are missing for the File Commander operations that run programs that aren't installed by default, offer to install the packages.

    Fix issue #682: Offer to install required packages in File Commander

    Change the actions of the 6 and 7 buttons to offer to install the required packages (file and ffmpeg) if they aren't installed.

    If file and ffmpeg packages are installed, add uninstall entries without accellerator buttons to the File Commander context menu.
