[skin] InputBox screen skin excessively tall

Issue #696 resolved
prl created an issue

The screen skin for InputBox is far higher than it needs to be (it was possibly copy/pasted from an earlier version of the screen skin for VirtualKeyBoard).

It should probably also be positioned using "center,center" rather than explicit coordinates.
