[easy-skin-aus-hd] Stray borderWidth attribute in configs in Setup

There's an unnecessary borderWidth="1" in the config skin widget in panel definition SetupConfig in easy-skin-aus-hd. This normally has no effect, but it shouldn't be there.

It was detected while testing adoxa's changes for input text scrolling. The issue it caused there has been fixed, but it's still unnecessary and should be removed.

There's no corresponding issue in either Full-Metal-Wizard or OverlayHD.

Why is it unnecessary? The commit message that introduces that change says that it is part of changes that improve the legibility of text.

OK, I now see what it does, and I'm OK with it.

But I don't see why, if it's needed in easy-skin-aus-hd, why it isn't needed in Full-Metal-Wizard.
