[NetworkBrowser skin] Cleanups required

In MENU>Setup>Network>Mount manager>Mountpoints management, the share name text can overlap the IP address.

The layout of the NetworkBrowser skins should also be changed to match the layout of other setup menus and setup screens as appropriate for a more consistent look.

These problems affect both easy-skin-aus-hd and Full-Metal-Wizard, but not OverlayHD.

Replication steps

Switch to either the easy-skin-aus-hd or Full-Metal-Wizard skin.

In MENU>Setup>Network>Network browser, create a network share mount. In MENU>Setup>Network>Mount manager>Mountpoints management, check whether the local share name overlaps the IP address text. If it doesn't, press OK and add text to Local sharename, then return to Mountpoints management. Repeat until overlap is seen.

As a guide the local sharename "beyonwizt4_Movie" will overlap the IP address text in the easy-skin-aus-hd skin.

For the layout, examine the Network browser screen and screens under Mount manager. They are screens that might be expected to conform to the layouts used for setup menus and setup screens, but they do not.
