Signal quality bar shows zero percent on V2

As-per title. Signal quality bar as shown in the Infobar reads 0%.

Problem not evident on other T/U series.

On V2:

Internal tuners [ATMB7821 (DVB-T2)] display non-zero for both S & Q.

Beyonwiz-supplied Hauppauge dual USB tuner [dualHD (DVB-T2)] displays non-zero for both S & Q.

Beyonwiz-supplied “bluey” [RTL2838UHIDIR (DVB-T)] displays non-zero for both S & Q.

Beyonwiz-supplied Beyonwiz MINI DVB-T (small black block) [DVB-T TV Stick (DVB-T)] displays non-zero for both S & Q.

I don’t have any non-Beyonwiz sourced tuners like the Sony Playstation dual, the non-Beyonwiz “bluey” or the longer non-Beyonwiz “blackey”.

All of the common / Beyonwiz supplied tuners seem to work without issues.

If there are other tuners that exhibit problems a new issue should be opened for each tuner with very specific details.
