[ChannelSelection] Progress bar stops updating towards end of show

The pixmap that fills the ChannelSelection’s “in-focus channel” progress bar isn’t wide enough to fill the progress bar.

The progress bar is 355px wide, and the pixmap is only 300px, so the progress bar will never display past 300/355 (85%) of the way through the program.

Replication Steps

Enter the ChannelSelection screen, scroll down through the programs to one that is within a few minutes of completing. The progress bar will show it as about 85% complete.
