Lighter grey for EPG descriptions

A user request was made to lighten the colour of the grey (currently grey=0x00999999) used in the description, parental rating and genre.

These text colours were made uniform across all EPG types in Feb 2018, and the change darkened many of them.

This was fixed and the pull request against the two skins were merged.
