[IceTV] Region selection menu is unsorted

When the IceTV setup wizard (MENU>IceTV>IceTV setup wizard) is run for a new user, the user is presented with a selection list for their IceTV region. This list is unsorted (in the order of a python dict’s keys). It would be easier to use if it were sorted.

Replication

Run MENU>IceTV>IceTV setup wizard, select Australia for the IceTV you want to use, then select New user, enter your email address and IceTV password and press GREEN. The IceTV regions are then listed for selection, but they are not sorted.
