With some settings for TV>Menu>Settings CH+ can hang T3

With the settings for TV>Menu>Settings as shown in the screenshot, repeatedly pressing the CH+ button in LiveTV, works until one gets to the highest LCN. Pressing the CH+ button on the last LCN in the list will cause the "busy spinner" to show and the box won't respond to anything until you telnet in and kill the enigma2 process. Turning off "Change bouquets in quickzap" seems to help.

Reproduction steps

• Press UP
• Press menu
• Select settings...
  • Alternative numbering mode: ON
  • Always show bouquets: ON
  • Change bouquet in quickzap: ON
  • Channel list preview: ON
  • Channel list service mode: Standard
  • Channel list on mode change: ON
  • Channel list cursor behaviour: Standard
  • Enable multiple bouquets: ON
• Press green to save settings
• Press EXIT
• Press EXIT to return to live tv
• Now keep pressing CH+
• When you get to LCN 99 (GO!) and press CH+ the busy spinner will appear and the UI hangs.
