Mute cancelled on service change (zap)

If mute is on, and the viewed service is change, mute is switched off (sound comes back on) but mute icon stays on screen.
Reproduction steps
In Live TV, set mute on a service, use UP to bring up the service list, scroll to a new service, OK to change to it. About 10 seconds after switching to the new service, mute goes off (sound comes on), but mute icon stays on the screen.

There are many other things that cause the mute state to cancel. This tracker item (or another one) should collect them all together in one place.
The only 2 things that should clear the mute state should be pressing the mute button again or adjusting the volume.
