It's a Plugin Browser, not a Browser Plugin in MENU>Setup>Plugins

MENU>Setup>Plugins has a menu item "Browser Plugin". The screen that item takes you to is a "Plugin Browser", not a "Browser Plugin". It shows a list of Plugins, and lets you run them (more than are displayed in the MENU>Plugins dropdown), and also add and remove new plugins.
The menu item should be renamed "Plugin Browser".
