Add watchdog technology to GUI

Given the diverse source of packages making up the software for the PVR it is pretty likely that there will always be cases where the user interface deadlocks. Currently the only solution is the power button (or a killall enigma2).

Yes these deadlock should never happen, but in reality they always will. A defensive solution could be to have a watchdog which gives the GUI a kick in the pants if it does not respond to input in a reasonable time frame.
