Add long press of exit as exit all

In many places it would be convienient to have an exit all the way back to the base TV mode.

An option for this would be to implement a long press of the exit button to do this.

While I strongly agree with having a way to quickly exit a stack of cascaded menus I do have a bit of a problem with time dependant button presses. If anyone has watched how some people use remote controls they should note that some people press and hold buttons. This is very common for older users or users who lack confidence with the device they are using. I can envision these sorts of users having problems with this UI mode of operation. Needing to differentiate button press timing is a poor UI design.

Update: Given the current UI design that features the use of short and long button presses to mean different things I don't think my objection above is appropriate in this context.
