Rename "Setup > Display Settings" to "Front Panel Settings"

In typical English usage, "Display Settings" would be taken to mean the settings for the primary display, such as TV or projector.
When talking about the display on the front panel of the PVR, a better description would be "Front Panel Display" or just "Front Panel"
