ChannelSelection: Fix GREEN removing playing Fav
Using GREEN to remove the currently playing Favourite entry would apparently return you to live TV. This was caused by zap hiding the dialog - consider it a preview zap to prevent that.
ChannelSelection: Prevent GREEN adding a bouquet
GREEN was intended to add a service to Favourites, but would also add an entire bouquet. Prevent that from happening.
ChannelSelection: Confirm GREEN remove Favourite
Using GREEN to remove a Favourite entry will ask for confirmation (same as removing from the menu).
ChannelSelection: Fix GREEN removing all Favourites
The same function is used to add to and remove from Favourites, but a bug meant that remove was followed by add. This only manifested when all services were removed, when a "n/a" entry was added.
ChannelSelection: Improve GREEN Add to Favourites
If a service is already in Favourites blank out the GREEN label; this also provides a means to show that a service was added, and that bouquets can't be added.
