reporter Hello,
Seems it works when issue is open, I can see remaining days, but when I resolve the issue on resolve or closed status get the error, even if I got due date, Only use Service Dest, no Jira software
Thanks for support

repo owner Hi all,
I have just updated the code and released v1.4. Please try this out on your staging environments and let me know if you are seeing the same issue. Hopefully, it should be fixed.

Hi Bhushan
I can't access to new file because permission. Could you upload it to Atlassian Marketplace?
-
I see a 1.4 version on marketplace that is not compatible with my JIRA version 6.4.9
-
repo owner Hi Ansar
Please try downloading from https://www.dropbox.com/s/mz1nuvx1tuch8f0/overdue-1.4.jar?dl=0
I would like to test it with your instance before bumping the version and releasing to the Marketplace. Thanks for your help.
Cheers Bhushan

Hi As I said, I have JIRA 6.4.9 and this is not compatible with my instance
-
repo owner Ansar, this jar does not require a minimum JIRA version.
Do not try on Production.
Download the jar file from the above Dropbox link I have provided. On your staging instance, delete your existing add-on from JIRA. Upload the jar manually on your staging JIRA instance.

I am unable to reproduce this issue. Can you please confirm if you are able to see expected value when a due date is set? Is this occurring only on JIRA Service Desk projects or both JIRA Software and JIRA Service Desk projects?
