Error adding the custom field in a issue (or creating it)

Hi: I'm having a problem adding the Due date Indicator plugin custom field in my issues. I have installed the plugin and added the custom field, but when I want to put it in a issue or create an issue with this custom field, I have an error (you can see it in the attachment file). Anyone knows how to resolve this error? Best regards, David Sierra
