Enable database specific PDF directories

Reported by skoke: For me under Jabref 2.8, Jabref-Plugin-Bibsonomy 2.5.2 downloading of private documents only works if the option Options > Preferences > External programs > Main PDF directory is set. This has also been discussed on the mailing list:

This is a drawback if one uses several separate Bibtex-Files with separate PDF directories. Hence, please enable handling of the database specific options, which you can set under File > Database properties > General file/PDF/PS directory.

Nevertheless, thanks for the great integration of Bibsonomy and Jabref!
