Conflict with JabRef from 2.9.2 to 2.10 on windows 10

Hi,

I was reporting this issue to the JabRef team, but it seems this is bibsonomy's problem. Please check my detailed tests from https://github.com/JabRef/jabref/issues/151#issuecomment-139025014

Hope this can be fixed. Or, would be integrated to JabRef if plugins are not allowed in JabRef in the future. Thanks.
