Enable configuration of "bibtex fields to exclude when exporting to BibSonomy"

Reported by dbe: Some users might have private fields within JabRef, which they would not like to have synchronized with BibSonomy. Please add a configuration setting "exclude these fiels when exporting to BibSonomy".

Commented by roland-st: I second this request. Exposure in UI could simply look like the semicolon-separated input for "Extra fields" in the current bibsonomy settings window.

Sensible defaults (for me) would be: exclude fields: file;review

"file" contains local paths which are useless for Bibsonomy, and "review" is where I keep my private notes when reading a paper. :)
