Create a small web application to "click-together" Jabref layout filters

Reported by dbe: At the moment, the process of building Jabref-layout filters is rather tedious and time-consuming (not our fault). But as customized layouts will surely be frequently requested, it would be nice to have something like an intuitive editor for these layout files, where one can 'click together' at least the basic things.

I imagine something like this:

1/ a preview of the current output 2/ some clickable boxes for each bibtex field 3/ possibiblity to create conditional output 4/ possibility to add filters (HTMLChars, ...) 5/ an input field 'this filter applies to entry-type XY only' (e.g. 'article') 6/ a box 'download filter'

Most of this stuff could probably done best via Javascript.
