Scopus broken / scraping URL changed

The URL http://www.scopus.com/record/display.url? ... is currently not supported by one of our scrapers.

I had a look in ScopusScraper.java,v 1.10 2010-04-27 10:53:34 bibsonomy Exp $ there is stated the scraping URL "Download path: /scopus/citation/export.url"

but this url has changed to http://www.scopus.com/citation/output.url

Maybe just update the URL and try again, Scopus is a major resource, it would be fine making it work again.

It seems that we don't have access to Scopus here in Kassel. Thus, we can't scrape the pages. We will have a look at their API and check if it could be used instead.

i have checked this issue. when i'm in the network from the leibniz university, i can open all links and scrape from them, because all publications are Broughted to me from TIB/UB "technische Bibliothek Leibniz Universität Hannover" and we can see this notification (broughted to you from TIB/UB) in the scopus webiste top right. but outside the network of uni (ex. in my house) i can't access any publication.
