user-/group-specific author clouds

Reported by dbe: It would be nice to have user- and group-specific author clouds, similar to the global author cloud

We'd have to discuss how to integrate / offer them: One option would be something like

http://www.bibsonomy.org/authors?group=MY_GROUP http://www.bibsonomy.org/authors?group=MY_USER

(i.e. a dedicated page); another option would be to put the user/group-authorcloud in the sidebar on the user/group-pages, and make them available separately via

http://www.bibsonomy.org/authors/group/MY_GROUP http://www.bibsonomy.org/authors/user/MY_USER

Commented by dbe: User feedback concerning the location / configuration of the author cloud: "I think another section on the sidebar (beneath the tags) is preferable. And it should be possible to configure it to show only authors quoted more than N times or to hide the cloud."
