AJAX attaching large documents to posts on editPublication

When I upload a document to a publication, forget to wait for the upload to finish and click on the "post" button the document isn't attached to the post.

disable the post button while a document is uploading to the server, reactivate it after success or error

by post button i mean the save button

maybe also add a description why the button is disabled with an option to cancel the upload of the document
