Implement title-based autocompletion for publications while writing a review

Reported by folke: Inserting references into reviews is still a bit complicated - Why not using the title-based autocompletion (http://www.bibsonomy.org/postPublication) when opening a reference "[["? :-)

I guess the implementation can wait until the competition is finished? ;-)
