Function wheel (menu): BibTeX options

Reported by kibanov: When moving mouse on the bibTex, some options come up (generated bibTex key and other). These options are however not relevant for other formats as RSS and RDF. When moving mouse on one of these formats, the bibTex options don't disappear, so the user may think they will be applied for these formats too (like RSS with be generated with bibTex keys).

Commented by kibanov: Found the reason: clicking "pick all" on the function menu causes to clear the number of posts on the clipboard, and clicking "unpick all" causes them to appear there (although the do not exist). It should work vice versa as far as I understand.
