Reading list management

After we successfully implemented sys:not tags, please implement a reading list management for bookmarked publications of the logged in user. On this page the user can mark his/her publications as read/unread (maybe also as scanned the text) and has an overview of already read papers and papers to read.
Next step would be to implement a recommendation feature which papers the user should read next (based on reading lists of other users).

I would suggest to implement this using system tags. Users are used to add the tag "toread" to their posts. We could add this functionality transparently to the /user/USER/toread page (or additionally (!) under another URL). On that page we could add an easy way to mark papers as read and a link to the read papers.
