Show resource preview on pages displaying only one resource list

In my opinion it is ok to hide the bookmark and publication preview on pages with both (bookmark and publication) lists if you have a small browser window. But on sites where the user only requests one resource type (like /author or requested resources restricted with ?resourceType=bookmark or publication) it would be nice to have the preview image.

At least for publications the reasons not to have the previews is that we don't want to JOIN the document table for every query. Why we don't have them for bookmarks I don't know.
