Pack all necessary files for a new PUMA installation into e.g. a ZIP

Add an assembly configuration that packs all necessary files like table schemas, inits, shell scripts for generating folders, config files, … into a zip to easy deploy new PUMA (/BibSonomy) instances

Have a look at the Wiki (https://www.kde.cs.uni-kassel.de/mediawiki/index.php/Bibsonomy:InstallNewInstance) for more files that has to be added to the zip.
