JabRef layout "htmltype" neither properly described nor placed at a good position within the XML file

The label of the layout "htmltype" that is shown in the dropdown box on http://www.bibsonomy.org/export/ should be more descriptive (have a look at the other labels). Furthermore, the layout should not appear between two very similar layouts. Please put it at the right place in the XML file.
