error in scraping APS page

Scraping the URL http://journals.aps.org/pre/abstract/10.1103/PhysRevE.64.016131 is currently not possible. The returned error message is

Could not scrape the URL 
http://journals.aps.org/pre/abstract/10.1103/PhysRevE.64.016131. 
Message was: ProlaScraper: This prola side has no bibtex download link.

This is strange, because for aps.org the ApsScraper is responsible?

The page contains a BibTeX export link which should be easy to access, but I guess it is not found, because the wrong scraper (ProlaScraper) is handling the page.

1. Please find out, why the ApsScraper is not handling the page (but the ProlaScraper) and document your findings here.
2. Repair the corresponding scrapers.

ApsScraper is scrapping from American Psychological Society

http://the-aps.org

journal where as the above url is from American physical society which can be scraped by ProlaScraper. It is solved now.
