don't know when it was removed, maybe before the new post details page

Even before that - probably when I introduced the new tab box to select different export formats, though I can't remember having removed this.

For now, I assign the issue to Sebastian because he was the last one changing the page and is currently also re-implementing it in the bootstrap branch.
