Create a plugin for Ilias (learning platform) (analogue to Moodle and StudIP) (Probeaufgabe)

E.g. the library in Stuttgart uses Ilias for eLearning. A plugin should cover similar functionality as the Moodle and StudIP plugins. Since Ilias is a PHP Application we could use this as test assignment for a new PHP candidate Hiwi. Probeaufgabe
