make more transparent, who can access uploaded documents

When users upload documents for publications, they might not be aware of the fact that only/all group members of groups where the user shares documents with can access the documents. This means that some users think that everybody can access uploaded documens (and then send the link to others which then can not access the document) or that they suppose that nobody can access the document. I heard about the first case several times.

I suggest to solve this issue by explicitly pointing out before/during/after upload of a document, who can access the document (e.g., via an information box).
