Currently, the user's own tags are highlighted in the sidebar by underlining them. I would suggest to highlight them in the same way as in the post lists - by showing them in a colored box.

It seems that currently only the user's tags are shown - but all tags of all users should be shown and only the user's own tags should be highlighted.
