Former user created an issue 2014-08-14

The delete button of a post is disabled if it is not in my own collection. The tool tip explaining this doesn't show up if I hover with my courser of it, which leafs the purpose of this button unclear for users without Firebug.

Tested on Firefox 31.0 and Windows 8.1.
