Updating of setting / setting overwrits the layout settings

I switch back to BibSonomy 2 layout when I change anything at settings / settings.

This Issue occurs, due to the fact that an input field for the layout setting for non-admin user is also expected but it doesn't exist. Thus this setting is empty while updating the settings page, as a consequence of this the layout setting will be overwritten with an empty value.

hidde field added to save layout option. This fixes issue #2061.
