'edit your CV' does not work

On the tab 'edit your CV' on settings page (/settings?selTab=5) I can not edit the layout of my CV. I get no feedback while clicking the buttons and it has no effects when I change the template.

Please fix it.

@seboettg : I am not really sure what exactly you're doing, but on bibsonomy.org, this works perfectly. Could you clarify the circumstances where this does not work? @sdoerfel : The funny thing is that it doesn't work in the old layout. This probably is according to the changes in the SettingsPageController, which was adapted to the new Bootstrap design. I'll look into that later.

Also, switching layouts in Bootstrap 3 is no problem. Editing the current layout does not work, though.

rename 'preview rendering' to 'preview'

The 'edit layout' button vanishes, if you press it. Should change label to 'hide edit form'.
