download links for documents attached to publications do not work

The links to documents (both with and without QR code) on the post details page (e.g., here) do not work:

When I click on any of those links, nothing happens. (Not even the URL to the document is shown by the browser.)

BTW: deletion of documents should require approval by the user. Currently, the documents are deleted without asking the user.

This really must be fixed, since currently one can only access the first document of a post!
