Enable group moderators to approve proposed posts for groups

It was proposed by a BibSonomy user to have incoming posts for groups to be moderated in some way, so he could sort out irrelevant posts. I think it would be a nice feature at some point to enable group mods to approve or disapprove proposed posts by the group users to copy them into the group account.

This can be accomplished with the inbox feature: users can send posts to the group and the admin can decide whether he/she posts it for the group.
